Legal information
Terms and conditions
These terms apply to the use of the FutureTech Applications website and provide the general framework for the digital services we provide.
Scope
These terms apply to the use of the FutureTech Applications website and the general conditions of digital services provided to clients. For individual projects, an accepted proposal, contract or separate agreement may take priority over these general terms.
Services
Services may include websites, e-commerce platforms, web applications, custom software, integrations, automation, maintenance and technical support. The specific scope of each project is defined by the accepted proposal or agreement.
Proposals and project scope
Pricing, timelines and project scope stated in a proposal apply according to the conditions specified in that proposal. Changes requested outside the agreed scope may require additional fees or revised timelines.
Payment
Payment terms are defined in the relevant proposal, invoice or contract. We may request an advance payment or staged payments. In the event of overdue payment, work, support or delivery may be suspended until outstanding amounts are settled.
Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing the information, access, content and feedback required for the project within a reasonable timeframe. We are not responsible for delays resulting from missing or delayed client materials or approvals.
Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise, usage rights to final, paid and delivered custom project elements may be transferred to the client according to the accepted proposal or contract. Third-party software, plugins, libraries, templates and licenses remain subject to their own licensing terms.
Third-party services
Some projects may rely on external services such as hosting providers, payment processors, couriers, APIs or other integrations. FutureTech Applications is not responsible for outages, changes to terms or operational failures of third-party services.
Bug fixes and support
Conditions for post-delivery bug fixes and support are defined in the relevant project agreement. New functionality, later changes or issues caused by third parties may fall outside the original project scope.
Limitation of liability
Services are provided with reasonable professional care. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost revenue, data loss or business losses resulting from third-party services, improper use or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Project termination
Conditions for terminating a project or service are defined by the applicable proposal or contract. Work completed and costs incurred before termination may remain payable.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time, including when our services or applicable requirements change. The current version will be available on this page.
Applicable law
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the services are governed by the applicable laws of Romania.
